I'm a PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Bristol. My PhD is supervised by James Ladyman and Karim Thébault, and funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (SWW DTP).
I will spend Fall 2023 as a visiting researcher at the University of Pittsburgh. During Spring 2022 I was a visiting research student at King's College. I'm also an affiliate member of the Geneva Symmetry Group.
My main research areas are philosophy of physics, philosophy of science, and metaphysics. My current research centres around inter-theoretic reduction in physics, with a focus on functional reductionism. I’m also interested in the philosophy of quantum physics, in particular in the physical meaning of the wavefunction.
